Move-in is one of the most critical, and most exposed, stages of the entire project. It’s where walkthroughs happen, deficiencies are identified, and the final handoff to the purchaser takes place.

Pluto structures this process end-to-end, with full support for Customer Inspection Certificates (CICs). Walkthroughs are executed consistently, issues are captured and tracked to resolution, and purchaser sign-off is recorded to create a complete audit trail.

From coordinating key turnover appointments to involving trades and feeding updates back into construction, every step is managed with clarity and accountability. When handled properly, projects close cleanly. When they’re not, the impact is immediate—missed items, delays, and unnecessary cost.
