A new deal begins with a reservation submitted through Customer Connect or created manually by a salesperson. The process is fast, secure, and automatically tracked within the system.
2. Purchaser Identity Verification
The purchaser receives a secure link to verify their identity and submit registration details. This digital verification ensures compliance and accuracy without unnecessary paperwork.
3. Deal Creation
Sales agents create deals using a guided workflow. Purchaser information is pulled directly from Pluto’s Customer Connect or an integrated CRM, so registration fields are pre-filled with verified data.
4. Client Portal Invitation
Once the deal is created, the purchaser automatically receives an invitation to access the Client Portal. This portal becomes their hub for contracts, updates, and key deal information.
5. Document Sharing and Signing
Contracts and disclosures are shared securely with the purchaser. Documents can be signed in person, on any device using a unique link, or directly in the Client Portal. Notifications keep everyone up to date as each step is completed.
6. Addendum Workflow
If addenda or contract changes are needed, Pluto makes the process straightforward. Staff can issue updates to all stakeholders, collect additional signatures, and manage complex multi-purchaser arrangements without losing control of the workflow.
7. Developer Signature
After all purchasers have signed, the authorized signatory applies the final developer signature. The deal status moves to “Subject,” and all parties are automatically informed through their portal.
